‘To whom it may concern:’ Fairburn police offer ‘deepest sympathy’ after making drug bust

FAIRBURN, Ga. — The Fairburn Police Department released a PSA in regard to some packages unable to be delivered or picked up in the near future.

Addressed to “whom it may concern,” Fairburn police offered its deepest sympathy after a drug supplier will no longer be in business.

Last week, officers conducted a search warrant at a home on Shannon Chase Court. Authorities said the warrant was related to guns going off.

Authorities said unfortunately the supplier will be unavailable for any pickups or deliveries and all orders placed in advance will be delayed indefinitely.

Fairburn officials recovered several fully automatic guns, drugs and a large amount of money.

“I know your supplier apologizes for this inconvenience and not being able to deliver your orders for assorted illegal narcotics,” the department wrote.

The supplier’s identity was not released.
