UNION CITY, Ga. — Wild video shows the moments a train plowed into a transfer truck stuck on the railroad tracks in Union City Monday morning.

The video, which was shared with us by a Channel 2 Action News viewer, shows a train laying on its horn as the truck straddles the tracks on Watson Street.

A woman who appears to be the truck’s driver stands perilously close to the truck’s cab as someone across the street yells for her to watch out.

The CSX train plows directly through the truck’s cab, pushing the cab sideways and off the track. The woman runs away and doesn’t appear to be harmed.
The train speeds on through what looks like a cloud of debris.
A Channel 2 Action News photographer at the scene learned that the truck had been carrying bags of cat litter.
Crews are still at the scene working to clean up the crash.
