BARROW COUNTY, Ga. — The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has issued another murder warrant tied to the death of a Georgia woman.
Rossana Delgado, of Barrow County, disappeared April 16. Her husband said she was finishing a fare driving for a taxi service when she vanished. She was at Plaza Fiesta off Buford Highway when he last talked to her. She said she was about to drive her client to a house 30 minutes away.
Her body was discovered in a cabin in Gilmer County more than a week later.

So far, authorities have named several suspects involved of Delgado’s death. At least two other murder warrants have been issued.
This latest murder warrant was issued for 28-year-old Katherine Chavez Encarnacion, of Marietta. Her last known location is Mexico, the GBI said.
