HOUSTON COUNTY, Ga. — The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is turning to the public for help in a key piece of evidence in a missing man’s case.
Jesus Mancilla-Velez disappeared on Sept. 5 after leaving his home in Warner Robbins.
His 2015 black Chevrolet Tahoe was found later that day on a dirt road in neighboring Crawford County.
Inside the SUV was a “Day & Night Color CMOS Camera.” The camera has beige paint on the side of it. One red and one yellow connector cable and appears to have been unplugged.

Agents believe Mancilla-Velez did not disappear willingly and aren’t sure of his whereabouts.
