Georgia McDonald’s employee goes viral after showing what $7,000 order looks like

PERRY, Ga. — If you’ve ever wondered how many McDonald’s items you could buy with $7,000, a Georgia woman has you covered.

Brittani Curtis, who works at a McDonald’s in Perry, has gone viral on TikTok after showing what it takes to fill a to-go order of 1,600 McChicken sandwiches, 1,600 McDoubles and 3,200 cookies.

Curtis said the order was for a local prison and the staff was given just four hours to prepare it.

The video shows boxes and boxes filled with sandwiches and cookies. Curtis said employees counted the items 20 by 20 to keep track.

“No lie, ya girl is TIRED!” Curtis captioned the video.

Thankfully, the prison paid for the food before employees started to prepare it.

“We do business with them a lot,” Curtis said on TikTok. “They’re very credible. It’s usually never such short notice though.”

The McDonald’s is next door to the Houston County Detention Center, though Curtis didn’t identify the prison.

The post got more than 125,000 likes and nearly 2,000 shares.
