ATLANTA — Authorities are investigating a crash that injured a Georgia State Patrol officer Tuesday morning.

According to officials, the trooper was involved in a chase with a motorcycle on Interstate 20 W and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive in northwest Atlanta around 6:05 a.m. The chase continued north on I-285 where both vehicles went onto the Bolton Road exit.
