DULUTH, Ga. — Two kittens were saved recently thanks to the kind act of a good Samaritan.

On Wednesday, a woman witnessed someone tossing what she believed was trash out of a car window while going through a busy intersection.
Instead, it turned out to be two newborn kittens.

The woman kept the kittens overnight and brought them to Planned PEThood in Duluth the next day.
Planned PEThood then called the Duluth Police Department and Ofc. Baalson stepped in to help, according to the department.
It is unclear if Baalson adopted them, but he was shown pictured with the two cats.
