GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — Gwinnett County police are searching for a driver who hit and killed a 77-year-old man who was checking his mail.
Police said the accident happened on March 1 at around 7:40 p.m. on Ingram Road.

Nguyen Phooc Nguyen was hit by a white SUV when he walked outside and checked the mail. The driver sped away. Nguyen later died of his injuries.

Police have released surveillance photos of the SUV they believe was involved.

Anyone who has any information is asked to call the Gwinnett County Police Department. Tipsters could receive a cash reward for information leading to an arrest.
