GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — Officials with the Duluth Police Department said over the weekend they found a dog who had been left alone overnight outside of a business with his leash tied to a water sipgot.

The dog, who’s name is Champ, was left with a note from his owner who said they could no longer take care of him.

Champ is now at the Gwinnett County Animal Shelter in hopes that he will find a good home.
