DULUTH, Ga. — Another metro Atlanta resident has been rounded up by authorities and charged for his alleged role in the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol Building.

According to federal documents, Jonathan Davis Laurens of Duluth was taken in to custody Wednesday by FBI agents and is facing multiple charges.
- Knowingly Entering or Remaining in any Restricted Building or Grounds without Lawful Authority
- Disorderly and Disruptive Conduct in a Restricted Building or Grounds
- Entering and Remaining on the Floor of Congress,
- Disorderly Conduct in a Capitol Building and
- Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing in a Capitol Building

Shortly after the events on Jan.6, agents say in a detailed report that Laurens made multiple posts on his Facebook page stating he was there. FBI investigators say Laurens also posted several photos showing himself inside the building.
Agents say they cross checked that information with cellphone information showing that Laurens was in the building at the time it was breached.

There’s no word yet on when Laurens will appear in court.
