Laurens posted several photos of the inside of the Capitol on social media, including a selfie of him in front of a portrait of George Washington.
Replying to comment asking what exactly happened, Laurens said “we got into the capitol, walked around, chanted some slogans and stuff. A few bad apples were trying to break windows and kick on doors, but most of us put that [expletive deleted] to bed real fast. We weren’t there to tear [expletive deleted] up, just disrupt the system. All in all, I had fun! Lol.”
