GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — Firefighters say a major fire at a Gwinnett County apartment complex destroyed multiple units Friday afternoon.
The Gwinnett County Fire Department responded to the the blaze at the Bridgewater Apartments in Duluth. Firefighters found heavy smoke and flames.
No one was injured, but nearly it took nearly 45 firefighters to bring the fire under control. At least 35 people from at least 10 units were displaced.

The Red Cross is helping victims to find shelter and basic necessities.
Firefighters are still investigating the cause of the blaze.
