Customer shot to death in front of Gwinnett gas station, officers search for shooter

GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — A customer was shot and killed in front of a gas station in Gwinnett County on Friday morning.

Police said officers found a man shot to death in front of an Amoco Gas Sation on the 4100 block of Jimmy Carter Boulevard.

Officers described the victim as a regular customer of the store.

The man was taken to the hospital where he died from his injuries.

Officers said the shooter ran from the scene before officers arrived.

Police have not identified the victim.
