Man arrested in shooting death of pest control worker outside Gwinnett apartments

GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — Police have arrested a man in the death of a pest control worker who was shot in front of a Gwinnett County apartment complex Friday.

The shooting prompted the campus of Georgia Gwinnett College to go on lockdown.

Police say Roceam Wilson, 26, shot the victim, Bradley Jordan, 23 just after 10 a.m. outside the Sugar Mill apartment complex.

Police said Jordan was at the location for his job in pest control and Wilson approached him outside the apartments. Police said Wilson is homeless and its unclear why he was at the apartments or why he shot Jordan.

Wilson has been charged with aggravated assault, felony murder, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
