GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — Gwinnett County police are working to free a man trapped in a car under a tractor-trailer.
Authorities said he was blocked just after 1:30 p.m. Wednesday.
The crash is at North Norcross Tucker Road.
Jimmy Carter Boulevard is partially blocked.
