NORCROSS, Ga. — A shooting between two men who knew each other has left one dead and another in custody.
Gwinnett police say Illijah Ayala-Bracken was shot and killed around 11:15 p.m. in the parking lot of Grove at Stonebrook Apartments and Townhomes located at 1405 Beaver Ruin Road in Norcross.

Officers said when they arrived, Ayala-Bracken was found dead from an apparent gunshot wound near a car. The suspect, Aaron Taylor, was still on scene and was detained.
Homicide investigators say the two men knew one another, but it is unclear how.

Investigators learned that the two men were arguing when the suspect pulled out a gun and shot Ayala-Bracken. It is unclear how many shots were fired.
Taylor was charged with murder.
