Police searching for ‘armed and dangerous’ suspect in death of man found dead in truck

GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — Gwinnett County Police have identified the man they believe to be responsible for the murder of a man found dead in a truck last month.

Garcia Gaddis, 39, was found lying in the backseat of the red Dodge Ram truck on Pierce Brennan Drive and Tech Center Parkway on October 25.

More than a month later, investigators have identified the suspect in Gaddis’ murder as 20-year-old Mark Antonio White from Covington.

White has outstanding warrants for felony murder, aggravated assault, armed robbery and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.

Police say White should be considered armed and dangerous.
