Because of a judge's order, all other counties in the state are taking another look at their absentee ballots.

As the Gwinnett County Board of Elections tried to count and certify the last remaining votes, tempers flared among spectators waiting in an adjoining room.

Police were called as elections board chair Stephen Day tried to referee.
