LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. — Police are searching for a man seen on video shooting at a car in a Gwinnett County gas station parking lot.
It was Jan. 16 around 8 p.m. officers were called to an aggravated domestic call.

A witness called 911 stating that someone was shooting in the parking lot of the Shell Gas Station on Stone Mountain Highway.
The man fires at least six shots before walking into the gas station with workers and customers inside.
“All I heard was loud gunshots you know, the first thing I want to do is hide,” witness Cassandra Tinnon said.
Another angle of the video shows a man running from the gunfire before an innocent woman’s windshield is hit by a bullet.
When Gwinnett officers arrived, they spoke to a witness who said a man got out of a black BMW and then started shooting back at the car.
“There’s a lot of innocent bystanders that could have been hit by this type of incident,” Gwinnett police said.

Gwinnett County police don’t believe any people were injured in the shooting but they want to find the shooter and learn more about what happened and why.
Tinnon says the gunman walked into the store and made a phone call.
“I heard him on the phone like, man, you tried to set me up he tried to set me up,” Tinnon said.
She thinks he may have been trying to defend himself but she’s glad no stray bullets ended up hurting anyone.
“When you’re in a situation (where) you’re trying to protect yourself. You think you really trying to worry about where they’re going,” Tinnon said.

Officers collected several shell casings and said that there was damage to one of the gas station awnings.
Gwinnett detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect and victims in this case.
Police say the shooter faces multiple charges if caught including aggravated assault and reckless conduct.
