HALL COUNTY, Ga. — A Hall County man has been convicted of cruelty to animals related to a pair of chickens.
According to court records obtained by Channel 2 Action News, Hector Daniel Pascual was indicted on charges accusing him of killing and “torturing” two chickens in July 2023.
The indictment did not list exactly what Pascual did.

He was also charged with criminal trespass property damage for breaking a woman’s television.
Pascual waived his right to a jury trial, opting instead for a bench trial, meaning only a judge would make a ruling.
He has not yet been sentenced.
