GAINESVILLE, Ga. — Almost $40,000 worth of illegal drugs are off the streets after a raid at a Gainesville apartment.

According to the Hall County Sheriff’s Office, the investigation began in September.
Tuesday morning, the HCSO SWAT team conducted a search warrant at an apartment at Town Creek Apartment Homes on Washington Street.
During the search, investigators found 76 grams of cocaine, 75 grams of MDMA, 22 grams of fentanyl, four bottles of promethazine codeine, a little over four pounds of processed marijuana and five alprazolam tablets.
The drugs have an estimated street value of $39,950.
Investigators also seized $857 in cash and a 9mm Glock 43 and two vehicles belonging to the suspects.

Deputies arrested Jytavious Darquale Collins, 35, and Joshua Montavious Collins, 36, both of Gainesville, and Sheila Dianne Pressley, 33, of Cornelia, who were found hiding inside the apartment.
The trio was booked into the Hall County Jail with the following charges:
Jytavious Collins faces the following charges:
- Possession of cocaine
- Trafficking cocaine
- Possession of MDMA
- Trafficking MDMA
- Possession of fentanyl
- Possession of marijuana
- Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute
- Possession of a Schedule III drug (promethazine codeine)
- Possession of a Schedule IV drug (alprazolam)
- Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon
Joshua Collins faces the following charges:
- Trafficking MDMA
- Possession of MDMA with intent to distribute
- Trafficking fentanyl
- Possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute
- Possession of marijuana
- Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute
- Possession of a Schedule III drug (promethazine codeine)
Pressley faces the following charges:
- Possession of cocaine
- Trafficking cocaine
- Possession of marijuana
- Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute
All three suspects are being held without bond.
“These suspects had been on our radar for several months, so it was a relief to get them behind bars,” said Sheriff Gerald Couch. “Our SIU team members worked diligently to formulate a plan to take these suspects into custody and get these dangerous drugs off the streets. On Tuesday, they executed that plan seamlessly, and I’m proud of their dedication.”
