ROSWELL, Ga. — A man who shot at least one person has been taken into custody after he barricaded himself inside a Roswell apartment, prompting a SWAT standoff Friday afternoon.
Channel 2 Action News cameras were rolling as officers Tased and handcuffed him on Channel 2 Action News at 5 p.m.

The situation unfolded a few hundred yards from the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area right off of Atlanta Street.

Channel 2′s Tom Regan was at the scene, where Oak and Forest streets were blocked off for hours and neighbors were evacuated.
Police said a young man who lives in one of the apartments shot another man before barricading himself inside and shooting at officers.
The suspect, who has not been identified, was taken into custody without incident.

Police have not identified the victim or revealed his relationship to the shooter.
