- The severe weather threat is over for metro Atlanta, it has moved into middle Georgia.
- Tornado watch is in effect until 4 p.m. for: Baldwin, Bibb, Bleckley, Butts, Chattahoochee, Crawford, Crisp, Dodge, Dooly, Glascock, Greene, Hancock, Harris, Houston, Jasper, Jefferson, Johnson, Jones, Laurens, Lamar, Macon, Marion, Meriwether, Monroe, Morgan, Muscogee, Peach, Pike, Pulaski, Putnam, Schley, Stewart, Sumter, Talbot, Taliaferro, Taylor, Troup, Twiggs, Upson, Warren, Washington, Webster, Wilcox, Wilkinson.
- Look for cooler temperatures and only an isolated shower into this evening.
