Man arrested for stabbing death at Henry County hotel

HENRY COUNTY, Ga. — The Henry County Sheriff’s Office arrested a McDonough man Tuesday for a late December stabbing death at a hotel.

Deputies said they arrested 41-year-old Stephen Quaglietta for the stabbing death of Javari Whack in a hotel room at the Economy Inn on Industrial Road in McDonough. They said the incident happened on Dec. 29.

According to the sheriff’s office, their Special Investigations Unit took Quaglietta into custody on Tuesday morning.

Deputies booked Quaglietta into the Henry County Jail where he is being held without bond on murder charges.
