The FedEx employee is talking about the working conditions at their McDonough location. “It’s not safe, not professional. None of that,” said the employee.
They didn’t want to be identified, but they reached out to Channel 2 after seeing Spruill’s original report about working conditions in Ellenwood.

The current employee said they have to work in similar conditions in McDonough.
“No A/C and no heat. In the wintertime, we really freeze. We have to wear four or five outfits to work,” said the employee.
But that’s not all. “Management was talking to a teammate and calling her all types of names, and belittling her and the next day, they quit,” the employee said.
The employee said several employees told managers, “We also got in contact with the corporate HR and they said they are coming, but we’ve been here five years, and they still haven’t came. We’ve tried to go by the book, and tried to get attention and reach out, to go about this the right way, still no one came to help us,” the employee said.
