Police officer arrested, accused of exposing self outside Walmart

CSU police officer Anthony Free is charged with public indecency.

HENRY COUNTY, Ga. — A Clayton State University police officer is accused of exposing himself to a woman outside a McDonough Walmart.

Police said CSU police Officer Anthony Free was arrested Wednesday and taken to the Henry County Jail. He’s charged with public indecency, which is a municipal offense.

Free was released from jail after posting bail and is scheduled for a hearing on Nov. 30.

Free has been placed on leave by the university.

The McDonough police department is leading the investigation regarding his arrest.

CSU officials say they will be conducting an internal affairs investigation to determine what other administrative actions need to be taken.
