UPDATE: Missing 12-year-old in Henry County found safe

McDonough police say they have found a 12-year-old girl who vanished from her home in McDonough safe.

Nada Wimberly is “unharmed, safe and back with her mother,” according to police.

Police said Nadia is approximately 4 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs 105 pounds. She has short black hair and brown eyes.

Nadia was last seen wearing Khaki pants, a white polo school uniform shirt, and pink Adidas shoes.

If you have seen Nadia or know anything about her whereabouts, Detective Enrique Rodriguez says to call the department at 470-878-1092 or call Crime Stoppers at 404-577-TIPS.
