ATLANTA — A herd of goats are did not have too baaaad of a Monday.
Video on social media shows several goats walking around Buckhead, enjoying the nice weather and snacking on green shrubbery in the area.
Drivers and people in the area of Peachtree and Piedmont spotted around a dozen goats trotting around a Rooms To Go. And you can tell they’re milking it.
One person captioned their goat video, “Just another day in Buckhead. No big deal.”
Even the Atlanta Falcons joined in on the fun commenting, “it’s Younghoe Koo y’all.”
Atlanta police confirmed to Channel 2 Action News that around 40 goats and three Great Pyrenes herding dogs got loose somehow when they were brought in to eat weeds at a nearby Kroger.

A driver called officers after seeing them in the roadway.
Channel 2′s Berndt Petersen talked to some of the witnesses who were stunned to see the animals casually strolling through a Rooms To Go (Goat?) parking lot.
Word about the goats spread quickly and attracted quite a crowd.
“Well they’re not committing any crimes, so that’s good,” Shaun Laurent said. “I’m ok with it.”
A neighborhood goat expert said the animals like to play “follow the leader.”
“If one goat goes, another one goes, and they’re all gone!” Cam Ashling said.
Mark Stevens, who owns Get Your Goat rentals, said the animals got through an electric fence set up near the Kroger where the goats were “hired” to clear out some underbrush.
Stevens bought some more fencing to corral the goats, but it was a group of good Samaritans who helped round them up, including Stacia Cotts.
“I do what I can do,” Stacia Cotts said. “I love goats, but you’d never expect to see them like, running through Buckhead. It’s like a petting zoo!”
The goats are now back on the job behind the Kroger.
No goats were harmed in the filming of this story.
