Georgia high school senior celebrates ‘dream’ prom at home

COBB COUNTY, Ga. — D’Aijah Keen’s family says she’s been talking about prom since she was in kindergarten. As a little girl, all she wanted was to dress in the prettiest dress and be with her friends and dance.

But unfortunately, the coronavirus put a stop to her plans, along with most other things in life.

Her family knew how much it meant to her, so they set up a makeshift prom at their Austell home.

The senior at Pebblebrook High School was also crowned Prom Queen and enjoyed a dance with her little date.

Her family hopes she will never forget this special night.
