SOUTH FULTON COUNTY, Ga. — A South Fulton County homeowner gave us surveillance video that shows a man breaking into his home moments after his family left their house.
Tyrone Johnson told Channel 2's Nefertiti Jaquez he feels violated after his home was broken into and his family's possessions were stolen.
“It’s tough to grasp that someone was bold enough to do so," he said.

Detectives say the 21-year-old suspect, who is on the run, didn’t do his research when he picked Mr. Johnson’s house.
Johnson, an IT professional, outfitted his home with several HD cameras. Police say the
cameras caught him stealing laptops, tablets, gaming systems and jewelry.
The cameras also caught the thief’s license plate leading investigators to their suspect.
We’re told they were able to identify him through a rental agreement he signed at a Hertz in Union City.
"He’s stolen our memories,” Johnson said.
Police say, Riley tried to pawn a lot of stolen items at a shop in DeKalb County but out of all the things he allegedly swiped, Johnson says, there is one thing he wants back. It's his laptop, because it contained pictures of his children from the day they were born.
“That’s the only belonging I want back. Everything else can be replaced but the footage can’t,” he said.
