ATLANTA — Actor and singer Jamie Foxx is recovering from a medical complication.
According to a social media post from Foxx’s daughter, he is recovering after “quick action and great care.”

Corinne Foxx posted the message on Instagram Wednesday night.
She did not detail what happened to her father and said the family is asking for privacy during this time.

According to reports from the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the actor has been filming a Netflix movie in Atlanta.
Production for the film ‘Back In Action’ with Foxx and Cameron Diaz and Glenn Close is set from March 28 to April 19.
It is unconfirmed whether or not Foxx was hospitalized in Atlanta.
