WASHINGTON, D.C. — Senator Jon Ossoff and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene find themselves on opposite sides of the political aisle, but they’ll soon be on opposite sides of the baseball diamond, too.
Each year, except 2020, lawmakers compete against one another in America’s favorite pastime for charity.

The Democrat team has won 10 out of the last 11 match-ups, but the Democrats and Republicans are tied for all-time wins.
The Democratic senator and the Republican congresswoman aren’t the only members of the Georgia delegation to take the field.
They’ll be joined by Republican Representatives Andrew Clyde and Barry Loudermilk, both of whom serve the metro Atlanta area.

The game is scheduled for Wednesday at 7:05 p.m. in Nationals Park in Washington, D.C.
The charities that are benefitting from the game have not been announced.
