Updated list of Georgia school closings amid coronavirus pandemic

ATLANTA — Atlanta Public Schools: Closed starting March 16 or at least two weeks.

Barrow County Schools: Closed for two weeks starting on Monday.

Buford City Schools: Schools are closed March 16 - 20.

Cherokee County Schools: Closed until March 27, 2020. They will use Digital Learning Days during the closure to continue teaching and learning.

Clayton County Schools: Closed until further notice starting on Monday.

Cobb County Schools: Closed Monday until further notice.

Coweta County Schools: Closed until March 27.

Decatur City Schools: Closed until further notice.

DeKalb County Schools: Closed until further notice. Students will continue to receive instruction by completing virtual assignments.

Douglas County Schools: Closed until March 27.

Fayette County Schools: Closed until March 20.

Forsyth County Schools: Holding Online Learning Days for the week of March 16-20.

Fulton County Schools: Closed until further notice.

Gainesville City Schools: Closed through March 20.

Griffin-Spalding County Schools: Closed through March 20.

Gwinnett County Schools: Digital learning days until March 20.

Hall County Schools: Closed this week.

Heard County Schools: Closed through March 29th.

Henry County Schools: Closed for at least 2 weeks.

Jackson County Schools : Digital learning until March 30.

Marietta City Schools: Closed for at least 2 weeks.

Paulding County Schools: Closed Monday until further notice with a planned reopening date of March 30.

Pickens County Schools: Closed until March 27.

Pike County Schools: Closed through March 20.

Oconee County Schools: Closed through March 30.

Rome City Schools: Closed through April 6.

Putnam County Schools: Closed until March 30.
