ATLANTA — A second week of severe storms is moving through northwest Georgia.
Severe Weather Team 2 Chief Meteorologist Brad Nitz says most of northwest Georgia and metro Atlanta are under a Level 1 of 5 severe weather threat risk. Several counties, including Chattooga and parts of Gordon and Floyd, are under a Level 2 of 5 severe weather threat risk.

The tornado warning for Clayton, Fayette and Henry counties has been canceled.
9:13 a.m.
A tornado warning has been issued for Clayton, Fayette and Henry counties until 9:30 a.m.
9:07 a.m.
A Flash flood warning has been issued for Dekalb, Fulton and Gwinnett counties until 12:15 p.m.
9:03 a.m.
NWS has extended the severe thunderstorm warning for Clarke, Walton and Barrow counties until 9:30 a.m.

Channel 2 Action News viewers are waking up to more damage in Rome.

A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued in Gwinnett, Clarke and Walton counties until 9:30 a.m.

The Federal Aviation Administration says there is a ground stop at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport until 9:30 a.m. due to severe thunderstorms. According to their website, the departure delay is currently 15 minutes and is increasing.

Channel 2 Action News viewers in Rome say they see several power lines down due to the weather.

A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for Cherokee, Forsyth, Dawson, Pickens and Bartow counties until 8 a.m.

NWS has extended the severe thunderstorm warning for Bartow, Floyd and Polk counties until 7:15 a.m.
6:00 a.m.
NWS has extended the severe thunderstorm warning for Whitfield, Catoosa and Murray counties until 6:45 a.m.

A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for Murray, Floyd, Whitfield, Walker, Gordon and Chattooga counties until 6:30 a.m.
