BIBB COUNTY, Ga. — A man accused in a crash that killed a 6-year-old boy is now in jail in Bibb County, according to WGXA.

James Bucky Hammock, 41, is charged with vehicular homicide, The Macon Telegraph reports.
Investigators say Hammock’s truck collided with an SUV just south of Macon on Christmas Day, 2021.
The crash injured three people in the SUV, including 6-year-old Ahmad Hill.

Hill died a few days later at a hospital in Atlanta, according to according to WGXA.
Investigators upgraded Hammock’s charges to vehicular homicide. He was indicted in April and taken into custody on Sunday, according to WGXA.
