Police said Thursday that they have arrested Stanley Henderson, 30, and believe that his motive was robbery.
Police staged a manhunt Wednesday afternoon after someone reported seeing a person who matched a description of the suspect released through CrimeStoppers.
One officer was injured as police chased Henderson through the woods. Officers were able to take him into custody.
Henderson, who has a history of criminal activity, was charged with one count of felony murder and two counts of aggravated assault.
Channel 2′s Larry Spruill spoke to Frazier’s family on Thursday night.
“Well, I can say that God is a God of justice. I’m glad that he was captured, but that can never replace the hurt that we’re feeling right now,” said Tommy Robinson, Frazier’s cousin.
His aunt, Angela Robinson, is hoping witnesses who may have seen something will come forward about her nephew’s murder.
“But being just shot in the head, no remorse, people looking at him, nobody warned him and for him to lay on the ground and then somebody else come up and searched him, that was a tough pill to swallow. Oh that was hard. That was hard. Just to see that,” she said.
The Frazier family is holding a prayer vigil on Friday night at the restaurant in his honor.
