Jasper police say they were called out to the store around 3 p.m. on Friday after an argument between 42-year-old Damon Jamie Williams and 49-year-old Jeffery Scott Carden resulted in Carden shooting Williams.
Williams would later die from his injuries.
Police say Carden was also injured and transported to an area hospital where he is being treated.
