Police say they believe the victim died in a hit-and-run but they have found no evidence on the scene linking to an initial vehicle.
One driver who ran over the man stopped and called police. He told Channel 2′s Tom Jones the man was already laying in the road and he believes another car hit him a few minutes earlier.
