JACKSON COUNTY, Ga. — A man who disappeared after leaving his mother’s home in Hoschton Saturday night is no longer missing.
The Jackson County Sheriff’s office says they found John Henry Myers in a single car crash that was not visible from the road. Myers did not survive.

Deputies said Myers left his mother’s home around 11 p.m. Saturday and was driving to his sister’s house off of Winder Highway but never arrived.
Myers was driving a 2018 silver Honda Civic with Georgia tag number TAF0950 and an Atlanta Braves plate cover.
The Sheriff’s Office put out a call for help to find him.

The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office updated their initial post after Myers was found.
An obituary posted online states Myers worked for Kubota as a team lead and he will be remembered as a kind-hearted and loyal son, brother and friend.
