ATLANTA — Former Falcons quarterback Michael Vick wants fans to know he'll be cheering on.
He wrote a letter to the city talking about his fall from grace.
First, Vick says he will be in the NRG stadium and no one will be pulling for the Falcons like he will, but he said now is a good time let the city know how he feels about what he took the city through.
Fans just recall how he set the city on fire.

“He was always kept me on the edge of my seat,” fan Chip Kelley said.
Atlanta Falcons fans in Houston for the Super Bowl still remember how Vick was like a pinball machine on the field.
“Michael Vick was electrifying,” fan Quinten Roberts said.
They also remember Vick going to federal prison on dog-fighting charges.
That really set the team back.
“Were you angry at him?” Channel 2’s Tom Jones asked. “In some ways, yes,” Kelley said.
Vick is now expressing regret for what happened and thanking the city for allowing him to be the Falcons' starting quarterback.
He wrote in the player's tribune that he was locked up in prison but, “In my mind even from a prison cell, there was at least one thing I hadn't lost. I was still the Atlanta Falcons quarterback.”
Vick even writes he thought he was going to get his job back.
“It would have been nice to get him back but of course a team has to move on,” Roberts said.
“They could take everything else,” Vick wrote. “I deserved it. They could have everything. But my job, my team, my city. Those three things iI was going to get back.”
Then he says he learned in prison the Falcons drafted Matt Ryan.
His heart dropped.
He realized it was over.
Vick says he supports Ryan and will be cheering for the Falcons.
And he writes how he really loved the reception he got when took his last ride around the dome.
“That goes to show you that the fans really love him and they've forgiven him, and everybody else should as well,” Kelley said.
