Channel 2′s Tom Jones talked to Tabatha Linley, who said her family was denied service at the Catersville Applebee’s after her toddler peed on himself during a previous visit.
Linley said she cleaned up after 2-year-old Kyrie and the family finished their meal and left. The problem didn’t start until the next time they visited, when they were seated, but no one would serve them for 25 minutes.
“Nobody came to the table, addressed us or anything,” Linley said.
They said a manager told them no server wanted to serve them because of the wetting incident.
Kyrie’s grandfather, Oscar Linley, was floored.

“I got loud. I can’t believe it man,” Oscar Linley said. “I’ve been going there for over 30 years.”
Tabatha Linley was so angry she posted a live video about it on Facebook.
“I’m like, ‘What? Because he’s a baby and he had a potty accident on himself?” Tabatha Linley said.
Linley said she’s contacted the restaurant’s corporate offices, but gotten no response.
Jones talked to a manager at the restaurant, who said the child peed in his seat and the family didn’t clean it up.
Tabatha Linley said that is a lie.
“I cleaned it up,” she said. “There was no residue.
Tabatha Linley said the family restaurant needs more family-friendly workers.
“I mean, people have kids,” she said. “Kids have incidents all the time.”
The manager Jones talked to wasn’t there when the family was denied service. He reached out to the corporate office and was waiting to hear back.
The Linleys are now looking at other legal options.
