ATLANTA — One person involved in a single car crash on Interstate 85 died after police said the person attempted to climb over the dividing wall of the interstate.
WSB Tonight at 11 p.m. showed live pictures of the crash investigative near I-75 and I-85 at Cleveland Avenue.
Later Sunday night around 11 p.m., Atlanta police arrived to the I-85 NB ramp to I-75 NB after receiving reports of two people hit by a car.

Officers then discovered two pedestrians were originally involved in a single car crash on I-85NB ramp.
After the crash, the two climbed over the dividing wall and landed into an active lane of traffic on I-75.

The two were then struck by a car traveling I-75NB.
One of the victims was transported to a local hospital. The second person was pronounced dead on the scene.
Police said, the car that hit both pedestrians, stayed on the scene and cooperated with investigators.
