NEWTON COUNTY, Ga. — Deputies with the Newton County Sheriff’s Office are looking for a missing man with special needs.
Quo “Q” Sumrell, 48, walked away from his home on River Cove Ridge on Saturday, Dec. 21, at around 7 a.m.
He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a plain gray zippered hoodie, and plain black slides.

He is known to enjoy smoking cigarettes.
