COVINGTON, Ga. — Police in Covington are searching for a mother and son they say disappeared while running errands last weekend.
Brittany Wiley, 37, and her son, 12-year-old Rodney Wiley Jr., were last seen leaving their house in red Ford Escape on April 22.

The car was last seen going south on Turnerlake Road.
Brittany Wiley’s mother told police that she told her that she and Rodney were going to Ross and Food Depot and would be back shortly. They did not return.

Police describe Brittany Wiley as being five feet, zero inches tall and approximately 135 pounds.
Rodney Wiley Jr. is described as being four feet, six inches tall and approximately 100 pounds.
