Roswell — Roswell police have found an elderly couple who disappeared after leaving North Fulton hospital Saturday night. They safely returned to their Alpharetta home Sunday morning after police had issued a Mattie’s Call.

Roswell police said 82-year-old James Jacobs, and his wife, 79-year-old Mary Jacobs, were last seen leaving the hospital around 8:45 p.m.
They said the couple was spotted in their ivory/cream colored Cadillac XTS leaving the hospital with James driving.

James Jacobs is described as a white male, 6-4 tall and approximately 230 lbs. He was last seen wearing a blue plaid shirt with black pants and gray sneakers. Mary Jacobs is 5-4, about 150 lbs., she was last seen wearing a blue shirt with dark pants and yellow socks.
Police say both of them are known to suffer from memory loss and have several physical issues. Their cellphones were left at their home in Alpharetta.
