NORTH FULTON COUNTY, Ga. — Police are investigating a home invasion at a house owned by NFL superstar runningback LeSean McCoy.
Milton police confirmed to Channel 2's Mike Petchenik that, early Tuesday morning, they had been called to McCoy's home along Hickory Pass, where they found a victim whom they said had been physically assaulted by someone.
Investigators said the intruder demanded several items from the victim. Police believe the home was specifically targeted.

McCoy is currently a running back for the Buffalo Bills. He previously played for the Philadelphia Eagles.
On Tuesday, the NFL said, “We are reviewing the matter,” after graphic images of LeSean McCoy’s ex-girlfriend appeared in an online post that accuses the Buffalo Bills player of domestic violence, child abuse, animal cruelty and use of performance-enhancing drugs.
The Bills said, “We have spoken to LeSean and have been in contact with the National Football League. We will continue to gather information.”
In a tweet, McCoy called the claims “totally baseless and offensive.”
McCoy's attorney, Jacoby Hudson, told Petchenik that his client had tried to evict his ex-girlfriend, Delicia Cordon, from the home, but she wouldn't leave.
Hudson said Cordon was jailed at one point, but McCoy felt bad for her and dropped the charges.
Then, he claims, Cordon tried to extort McCoy.
Cordon's attorney opened up about the home invasion, alluding to McCoy possibly being behind it.
In a statement obtained by ABC News, it said a male entered the home with no sign of forced entry, pistol whipped Cordon and her female cousin and demanded specific items of jewelry.
The statement goes on to say the jewelry that was demanded were the same pieces that McCoy requested that Cordon return when their relationship ended.
Hudson said McCoy had nothing to do with the incident. He said McCoy renewed the eviction petition for Cordon last week and had cameras put in the house, but Cordon took down the cameras.
Court documents show McCoy's ex was slated to appear in court Tuesday for an eviction hearing.
Channel 2’s Carl Willis stopped by McCoy’s home on Tuesday evening. Two people came to the door when he knocked, but no one would open the door.
Hudson said his client has been in Miami for the past several days and had nothing to do with the home invasion incident.
