PAULDING COUNTY, Ga. — Deputies have arrested at teenager they say shot a 21-year-old man to death in a Paulding County subdivision.
Deputies said they responded to a shooting at the Regency Park Subdivision in Hiram on Wednesday around 8:30 p.m.
They found the body of the victim, 21-year-old Brian Perry Belin, near the pool and tennis courts. Deputies said Belin was dead on the scene from multiple gunshot wounds.

Detectives determined that Belin had gotten into an argument with 19-year-old James Graham Ward. Deputies said Ward shot Belin and then ran from the scene.
Deputies found Ward at a home in Dallas early Monday morning. He was taken into custody and charged with felony murder.
