SPALDING COUNTY, Ga. — Police have arrested a man they say took photographs under the bathroom stalls at a Griffin Walmart.
Police said Montavis Dixon, 25, was arrested Saturday at the Walmart at 1596 N. Expressway.

Witnesses told police that they saw Dixon taking photographs in the men’s bathroom and that they waited outside the bathroom to confront him, but Dixon left.

Store employees caught Dixon on surveillance video leaving the store and getting into a car.
Officers located Dixon nearby and pulled him over. Dixon admitted to being at the Walmart but said he did not take any photos in the bathroom. Officers executed a search warrant at his home and found “evidence beneficial to the investigation.”

Dixon was detained on charges of eavesdropping, peeping Tom, loitering and prowling.
Police said Dixon may face additional charges.
