Officers on the scene told a Channel 2 Action News photographer that a dump truck crashed and landed on top of a car.
Police told Channel 2′s Bryan Mims the truck driver, 32-year-old William Tilalas, is charged with driving too fast for conditions, failure to maintain lane, and having an unsecure load.
The crash happened along a narrow and winding two-lane road.

The crash involved a 10-wheel Mack truck hauling a container, which looked similar to a dump truck and a Toyota RAV4.
Sandy Springs police say it was heading east on Spalding Drive when Tilalas lost control and overturned onto the Toyota.
Tilalas was not hurt, but the driver of the Toyota became trapped.
A passenger in the car made it out with no injuries. Firefighters used the jaws of life to free the woman in the car.
The driver’s sister and the young man who had also been in the car anxiously looked on.
They did not want to speak with Mims.
Finally, the driver came out on a gurney and a helicopter flew her to Grady Memorial Hospital.
A man who lives next to the crash scene, who did not want to go on camera, told Mims that the accident happened on a curve that’s especially dangerous for large trucks.
He told Mims he had been praying for the young woman to be rescued.
