GEORGIA — All three members of the rap group Migos avoid jail time with plea deals for charges stemming from their arrest in April 2015.
Migos member Offset, Kiari Kendrell Cephus, pleaded guilty to riot in penal institution, but does not admit he did it.
Prosecutors agreed to drop drug, gun and gang charges against Cephus as part of his plea deal.
Cephus was the only member of the rap group Migos to not be released on bond. He spent months in county jail.
The plea deal Cephus accepted included five years of probation, a $1,000 fine and banishment from Jenkins, Bulloch, Screven, Effingham counties.
Migos member Takeoff, Kirschnick Khari Ball, faced minor drug charges and accepted a plea deal. Ball was sentenced to 12 months of probation.
Migos member Quavo, Quavious Marshall, pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor marijuana charge. His 12 month sentence was suspended based on payment of fine.
